We did not take breakfast. Had dinner and thought the food was adequate for a hotel property. It was very quiet and we got a good night sleep before departing for the airport. Advantage of the free airport shuttle - however the times were about 1.5 hours earlier than we would have liked to be at the airport.

The place was nice and clean, the staff very friendly and supportive. The van driver to the airport was very friendly and attentive. I truly recommend this hotel closed to the airport.

We took this hotel close to the airport. The shuttle service was complementary but you need to book your slot as it only goes as needed. The front desk staff was the nicest in my entire stay in Europe, very helpful. Rooms are spacious and breakfast buffet was large enough to offer good variety.

Very typical of larger “chain” hotel. Nothing terrible, and nothing too impressive. For some reason, I had expected more. Manage your expectations and you’ll be fine.

This is a solid business hotel with plenty of space, a punctual shuttle, a very clean room that included a much-appreciated coffee maker and toiletries. To me, the giant memory foam bed was not as comfortable as anticipated but the rest was great, especially the access to public transportation. Note that it is located in a safe but bland residential neighborhood. Those looking for a little more Spanish flavor should consider staying downtown or the center of the neighboring Barajas district.
