The hotel was in an ideal location with a 5 mins walk to Puerta Del Sol & Gran Villa and 10 mins to Plaza Mayor. The hotel was very clean. Rooms were excellent. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing as well. Very pleasantly surprised. Would 100% return.

Few suggestions for improvement

AC never got really cool. I wish I had know to close the shades outside the balcony, may have been cooler when we got back. Restaurant had very disinterested service. We went elsewhere for our other meals. The room was lovely and Hotel staff quick and attentive.

Great place to stay! Staff were great and room was large with beautiful bathroom, walk in shower. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Would strongly recommend staying at the Hotel Regina!

This is a great location to many points of interest and great restaurants! The staff and room were fantastic. A special shout out for the breakfast buffet! Sadly I missed it on the first morning and that was a mistake! The neighbouring restaurant/bar works well for a rest spot in the afternoon. The front desk staff was very friendly.

The staff here are friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. The location is excellent as is the gym. I was so impressed by how kind and eager the team were to help. Great location, fantastic rooms. Will happily book again. The breakfast buffet is also massive and one of the best I've seen, including the super massive names. A great place to stay.

Great staff at front desk and in the breakfast area. Comfortable room (3 Adults) with above average bathroom. The location was unbeatable, close to several 5 star hotels but a better price for the money, imo. Breakfast was great.
