We reserved 5 nights and our issue was the AC not cooling and was never resolved. We brought it up 4 times, they said they fixed it but they did not. Main thing you look for is a clean comfortsble hotel to have a good rest. It was spotless, great bed but the heat situation was intolerable. We would wake up sweating. We asked for a mgr and all we got was an apology notice offering a complimentary meal at a restaurant anexed to the hotel which they appear to co own. The employees were a delight, they were extremely attentive, breakfast vas vey good. We just can’t understand why was the AC situation not addressed properly. This is supposed to be an above 9 rating hotel, higher priced so I felt cheated by the lack of resolution.

Modern, luxurious and very cozy hotel amazingly located for anyone visiting Madrid, especially for the first time. Walking distance to shops, Km Zero, restaurants and Retiro Park as well as Prado and Reina Sofia Museums, Puerta Alcala. The staff is super friendly and very professional. Always ready to assist and give suggestions/recommendations. Housekeeping is impeccable and flexible with your needs. We stayed in the Penthouse suite with jacuzzi and enjoyed every moment in a high quality building with excellent amenities. Best breakfast buffet ever!! There is a great restaurant inside the hotel if you don’t feel like going out. Super clean with a nice calm classy atmosphere. You can’t go wrong. I will always stay here when in Madrid. Highly recommended!!

This is my second time at this Hotel everyone are very friendly I went with my mom to celebrate her 80 birthday and they acomódate us at the same floor .I only disappoint with the breakfast i think they can do better for the price is been charged. Hotel Regina is in the perfect location of the city with easy access to all of the sites, neighborhoods, plentiful dining options, between the city center for the tourists and local hot spots. The hotel is located in a great area, restaurants and shopping close by. Also easy access for taxis to pick up or drop off and subway station very close by. Staff were amazing and very accommodating to our needs. The room was lovely, with automatic shades that made the room feel like a cave at night. No light or noise would come in.
