It was easy to find right on Gran Vía so it was very convenient, staff was ready to help you up and down the main stairs to the elevators with your luggage, despite English not being their first language they were very helpful with questions or were quick to find someone who understood so they can assist. The room was great, nicely kept and very comfortable.

The hotel is nice; however, I was surprised to find that you cannot control the AC in your own room. The hotel controls the temperature for every room centrally. The rooms are quite small. While the staff was very nice when we arrived, those working when we left were less friendly, not rude, just different. I’d also suggest hotel adding a full-body mirror.
