Malacca City Holiday Packages

WARNING! This property runs bait-and-switch tactics. They only show photos of beautiful rooms with double beds and windows, and the apartments descriptions list double beds, but their apartments actually have some windowless rooms. Note that this is not mentioned anywhere in the listing, nor are there any photos of windowless rooms. They also downgrade you to a room with single bed based on availability... We booked a 3 bedroom apartment with 3 double beds (AND a double sofa bed) but they gave us a room with 2 double beds and a tiny WINDOWLESS SINGLE BED ROOM! (see photo) We complained but they basically threatened to check us out and leave us without accommodation so we had to stay quiet under duress. They said that because we were 5, we didn't need 3 double beds, which is fraud! We booked 3 double beds so they are obligated to provide 3 double beds! And don't count on Expedia customer service to help - they are useless. All in all, the building and location are great, but this cheating tactic ruined our stay. If you are lucky to get what you paid for, great. But if not, be careful.

There is good location and great price. And room is big and clean.

Overall was good in terms of location, clean, shopping was just a footstep away. But downfall was breakfast as it was a vegetarian option only. So breakfast only 1 out of 10.

Overall, it was an impressive stay. The staff were polite, attentive, and very helpful throughout our stay.
