Was peaceful. The staff were friendly and professional. My stay met my expectations. Should I need to book in future I'll be a repeat customer.

Easy check in and check out. Someone’s always there for calling taxis and getting you to your connection flight at anytime day or night.

No breakfast available earlier than 6:00 am. Security personnels are not helpful enough to provide assistance to guests. And the price of food is too expensive.

Good Room - Not So Good Overall Experience

Close to airport which was good however the area around the hotel was a little questionable - wouldn’t walk around outside by yourself as a lot of beggars are unstoppable. Nothing around for tourists near the hotel however the Seven Eleven across the road had hot food. Hotel looks quite sad and needs a paint lift, lobby area very plain and unwelcoming. Room was good, bed comfy and shower pressure good however no refrigerator which was odd. Had a 3 day stay but had to go to reception each day to reload our room key which was a hassle and very inconvenient no real reason given as to why we had to go each time. A lot of staff were around but the place didn’t feel welcoming at all. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very poor service

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Customer service
Location: Near airport but taxi complained it was too close to airport and wouldn't use meter.
Check in staff or hotel shop wouldn't give me change for a 500PHP note to pay the taxi 200PHP fare. Then they gave me a room key that didn't work. I found another hotel online and immediately checked out! Would never go near this place again! Horrible service!
