This property is scary. Cause once you open the door. Cockroaches crawling all over the floor and doors and bed and instead of hiding cockroaches are trying to chase you!!!. It’s traumatizing

Sleepless night

Hotel is on a very busy road with zero sound proofing. We stayed on the 9th floor and we felt like we were sleeping on the road with how loud it was. Sleepless night, and we can sleep through alot. Staff was friendly. I would look for other options next time.

Reasonable rate and bear in the airport. It needs more sanitize and less insects. Towel Should have sets that is clean . When the last time I was there . Their towels is look dirty and have a hole on it. It’s should have set of towel include: face towel, hand towel and bath towel

Great Reception, Room Conditions Need Improvement

While some aspects of the stay were pleasant, there were significant issues that need addressing. On the positive side, the reception area was very welcoming—comfortable seating, a pleasant aroma, and a clean ambiance. The receptionists were polite and professional, making the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. However, the experience in the room was disappointing. We discovered cockroaches in the bathroom, which was unsettling. Additionally, the toiletries provided were only sufficient for one person, even though we booked the room for two. Complimentary items like slippers and toothbrushes, which are typically included in hotels of a similar price range, were missing. The air conditioning was another issue—it stayed at a high temperature and could not be adjusted, leaving the room uncomfortably warm throughout our stay. While the hotel has potential with its friendly staff and welcoming reception area, the room conditions and amenities need significant improvement to meet expectations.
