The room was good, but the place in general felt tired and needed some love. The check in experience was slow with sporadically one or two staff members, a great big queue and waited 30 mins to get to the front, they thanked me for my patience but really you need more staff on the check in when its that busy

Good size room, easy carpark, very convenient, close to airport and 24 hours reception. However, was painful lifting my suitcase up the stairs at midnight! More lift access would be appreciated. All together, good calue for money and great staff

Old, dirty hotel. Hotel rooms also have mosquitos. Need complete renovation. Breakfast was mediocre and the same food was served every single day! The only good thing about this hotel is being close to the airport and free parking
