Do not stay here.

This was not an enjoyable stay. The room had no windows, the carpets were very dirty and the mattresses were torn. The electrical switch in the bathroom was hanging loose. The breakfast was late every morning (if you can call it breakfast)! We were very disappointed with this hotel.

Nice staff bad facility

The mattress were new but extremely bad quality. I couldn't feel comfortable all night. The bathroom was flooded with water not sure why. The weather was freezing and the ac was too weak to make the room warm all night. The staff were very friendly.

Otel konumu itibari ile güzeldi. Eski Mardin’de yer alan otel , buradaki bir çok yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Otelin otopark hizmeti yok. Ya kendiniz herhangi bir otoparka bırakacaksınız ki Buda oldukça pahalı tutuyor veya caddede boş bir yer yakalarsanız ancak oraya bırakacaksınız. En azından anlaşmalı bir otopark hizmetleri olmasını beklerdim.Kahvaltı vasat altıydı. O kadar otelde kalıyorum böyle bir kahvaltı görmedim. Bu hizmete kahvaltı + oda hizmeti denmesi büyük haksızlık. Ayrıca hotelsden rezervasyon yapmadan önce otelin net konumunu öğrenmek için oteli aradığımızda görevli bize hotels fiyatını sordu, bizde söyledik. İstersek hotels üzerinden değilde kendilerinden rezervasyon yapabileceğimizi söyledi. Bizde hotels üzerinden yapmak istediğimizi Söylememizle birlikte otelin oda fiyatı anında 50-55 tl arttı. Böyle birşeylede ilk kez karşılaştık. Açıkçası amacınız sadece akşam olunca yatacak yer bulmak ve konumunun iyi olması ise evet kalınabilir ama onun dışında pek bir beklenti olmamalı açıkcası.

Very helpful friendly staff. Excellent location. Quiet. Wonderful views. Rooms cleaned thoroughly on request. Historic ambience. Happy vibe. Service bus from airport dropped us outside. Taxi to bus station took 15 minutes and cost less than 30 lira. Will definitely stay here again.
