In addition to the hot tub and deck, the property's outdoor amenities include a propane grill and fire pit.

A quick drive or 10 minute stroll will land you in the heart of Marquette as this house sits at an ideal launch point to the downtown and Lower Harbor areas. Directly in view is the Founder's Landing portion of our highly acclaimed lakeside bike path, which stretches for miles between nationally ranked mountain biking trails on one end and the famed Black Rocks of Presque Isle Park on the other.
