After being given a sub standard room (which was changed) we found the stay fine. A couple of points; the ergonomic design of the bathroom around the basin was cramped caused by a mirror cabinet that doesn’t need to be there as it’s not used. It sticks out too far. Secondly the issuing of only one key is inconvenient for a couple. On the plus the location was great, close to all amenities. One final comment, the room was looking tired

Great location, close to Southern Cross Station. Apartment could have done with a good deep clean. Property manager arranged for early check in

the customer office service is very bad, no one reply message and phone, and bond still not refund yet!
