The property itself was disgusting. The person at check in was fine. It was that terrible I didn’t want my children to take their shoes off inside the apartment. The only upside to this was that the heater worked and we didn’t freeze all night. The parking was good also, everything else I only have negative things to say.

In all honesty this is not a 4 star place to stay and the photos are of somewhere that is not the Beaumont. Don't pay this amount and expect to stay somewhere that looks like this. It's just not going to happen. The suburb of Kew is a nice place to stay, lots of places nearby to eat out. Public transport is readily available and the CBD is about 30 minutes away by bus or tram. The room really doesn't meet expectations after booking based on the photos. Definitely not 4 star

the bed was reasonable and the bathroom was clean. wifi was poor, we had to go up and down stairs to get to the room, curtains didn't close properly, poorly maintained property overall, nothing like the pictures.

It was well stocked and I loved the kitchenette, it was so handy and staff were friendly! Bathroom lighting was poor for ladies using makeup. I didn’t know it was serviced appartments. If I had I wouldn’t have booked as there was no emptying of bins etc. I don’t expect clean sheets everyday but when you stay for7 days a quick clean would have been nice, Overall my stay was pleasant.
