It's a great location and friendly reception staff. You need to book through the hotel directly to get complimentary parking though - not made clear on the WotIf site. Be aware there is building renovation work happening that reduces the number of car spaces and makes manoeuvring into a car space difficult - and can be noisy during the day in the rooms.

Location excellent for purpose of attemding international garden show. Middle of lots of eateries. Room aircon good, had kettle for tea or coffee, bathroon good size ,water pressure low but good temperature. Stayed there for 4 nights . Check in was quick . Staff very helpful and informative . The room and the bathroom were almost spotless . Location is great no matter you drive or not with a lot of choices of restaurants around . Also the room has a kitchen which was also clean and we cooked up some meals to save some money from dining out . All in All , our stay was great and it deserves our coming back .
