The room was very clean and spacious and was close to T2. The room and hotel was very quiet, we could not hear the planes at all. The hot water for the shower and wash basin took ages to come to temperature (we were on the 9th floor). The breakfast (cold selection) had a good choice and included specialty coffee in the price, however the hot food was not good quality for the price. Bar prices for food and drinks were very expensive. The area where the bar was situated and where breakfast was served was quite cold.

I was there on my own, but for a reason that is unclear to me there was a roll away bed parked in my room that tripped me when I got up in the night. I also had an unannounced visitor who silently entered exited

As my plans changed and I was with my son instead of husband we had to change our room so had to upgrade. This was straightforward. Our room was nice, clean and quiet. Breakfast was included and my son enjoyed that. I left before him so can’t comment on breakfast. The shower gel dispenser although full, did not dispense…. that’s probably why it was full. Towels were nice and soft and we both had a good nights sleep after a stressful few days.
