We got in late as we couldn’t find the undercover hotel parking, the hotel was no help with this. When we finally got teminal parking which was much higher in price than quoted, the hotel internet was down and we couldn’t check in, we were offered a complimentary drink due to the wait. We finally got to our room and went straight to bed before getting up and leaving, using the express check out because there weren’t enough front desk staff to handle the checkouts. Days after checkout I found additional charges to my card without even a courtesy call to check if we’d had anything (which we hadn’t).
We’re more than disappointed with this whole occurrence. We still haven’t received an invoice for our stay a week later and despite two emails requesting one and an explanation of the additional charges, we still haven’t received an invoice or reply.
