I had stayed at this property before so knew it was an older property. However, the unit we stayed at had quite steep stairs to get into it which i wasnt aware of when booking. The light at the base of the stairs didnt work so that was a safety concern at night particularly for my elderly parents. We were informed at check in that there was a hole in the roof as a sprinkler had been leaking but assured it was safe. There was indeed a metre by nearly metre hole in the roof. As well as at least 3 other smaller holes cut out in the roof in bedrooms. When paying nearly $450 for ones nights accommodation this really isn't good enough. There was also a lot of street noise all hours of the night. Staff were lovely at checkin but unfortunately I won't be staying here again. It was definitely not value for money.
