Just didn’t think the price of the hotel matched the overall state of the hotel. Paid for the breakfast but didn’t have breakfast there ( not enough for GF and DF dietary requirements). TV in room was stuck on one loud volume.

Great location within walking distance to Chinatown, QV shopping & food hall and Parliament Station. Our room was renovated, warm and comfortable. Well priced with buffet breakfast option chosen. Breakfast was nice. I asked for a late check-out and was given this until 12.00pm for free. There is a car park available underneath with entry/exit during your stay. Note: there are definite height restrictions and vehicle needs to have clear visibility from rear to windscreen. Alternatively, there's parking for a cheaper price in close proximity but no entry/exit options during the stay (in once and out once). Only downsides for me which were just at the time of our stay: Our room was right near the lift. They stated in their description that there may be construction noise. Staying on a Monday morning meant that I heard loud drilling so I opted to go shopping. Exhaust fan in bathroom not sufficient. Tap in basin was weirdly placed meaning water was all over the surface of the bench but these are minor things that didn't impact the stay at all.
