honestly the worst experience we have had. I know they say you only get what you pay for but this was really bad. the room had mildew and lots of rusty places. the bedside light wasn't working so when I moved the bed I found a mildewed old empty bottle of wine and then I saw that a part of the bed head had fallen on the cord, I know this is not the managements fault but we had a guy nextdoor who from 7am started yelling racial comments and banging on the door between the rooms and then on the front door of our room. we are both elderly and it scared the s--t out of us so we had to wait until someone finally answered the phone to come and help us go down to our car and leave. I personally think that what-if should re-emberse us for the terrible time we had at this place and I would recommend that people should stay away until they are willing to fix their problems

Had a good stay. Room very clean. However we didn't have any drinking water at the room. We were also expecting the pool to be open longer in the extreme heat. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool for sure....will definitely return

Our stay here was great. It was quiet, the room had been renovated, and for a busy location it was quite easy to get to. The only downside was the pillows were terrible and the parts of the room that hadnt been renovated were quite old and dirty. The really just need a deep clean. Mostly just the walls and doors so it was a little offputting, (and the door handle felt like it could almost fall off) but the everything else was fantastic. We stayed when at least half the rooms were full and again for the most part for the 2 nights we stayed, it was pretty quiet and we'd definitely stay again. Highly recommend and good value for money.

A nice facility with comfortable rooms. The reception staff both on the phone and in person were very friendly and helpful. We felt safe staying here. Conveniently located just a short drive from the ring road.

I was allocated a room with rooms above and was awaken with noise all night as people were coming and going either above or pass my room. As well, the entrance door which was not firmly positioned, moved with the strength of the wind AND it was a windy night.

Bathroom had mould on the ceiling and walls, no exhaust fan and vents painted over. Told reception and they were unaware of it. Needed to iron my shirt and found the iron had some sort of fluffy fabric melted onto it so I couldnt use it. Shower not particularly clean also and spa appeared to not be available to use. Room was over all rundown. Just an FYI attached restraunt looked okay but food was very pricy so decided not to dine there.
