Nice place. Location quite good. Beds either hard as a rock or very soft. However great staff and reasonable price during Australian Open Season.

*The air conditioning was very weak. It was very hot outside and the air con could only get the room to 27 degrees which was still very hot. The 2nd bedroom had no air conditioning and was extremely hot. *Bed pillows were flat, lumpy and uncomfortable. *We booked for 3 adults and only a 2 seater lounge was provided. *Staff were very helpful and friendly - they gave us a stand up fan for the bedroom and moved us to another unit with a 3 seater lounge.

The apartment view was fantastic. Area of the Communal bin shute was a little smelly. Nice apartment but need to improve customer service. I asked to store bags for a couple of hours and they wanted extra. Expect this should be included when id booked to stay for several nights. Other apartments do change towels and make the beds but not this one.

Upmarket building and the apartment was nice. View was to die for. Clean throughout and well-equipped apartment (although it only had 2 of everything, including crockery and chairs ... it was a bit hard to invite our son over!). A little out of Melbourne CBD centre so quieter - but also lacking somewhat in local culture/cafes.
