The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

All linen and towels are provided for your stay. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
