The pillows were dreadful, staff were clearly aware of this because we were told at check in if we didn’t like their European pillows we could request normal ones, which we did, twice. Nobody came to replace the pillows and we had a terrible nights sleep. Also, I felt the room was much too expensive for such a tiny room and absolutely no view outside. The glass was frosted.

Spotless room apart from the desk which needed dusting and replenishment of notepaper. Great staff at reception and in the restaurant especially Harry. Delicious breakfast options. Bathroom amenities were good. It was a lovely surprise to have a Dyson hairdryer. The queen room would be small for 2 people as there isn’t enough space for luggage. Perfect for one.

The hotel itself is not bad; however, there is a persistent unpleasant odor in the entrance area, similar to the smell of something decaying. This issue should be addressed. The staff were professional, polite, and genuinely helpful, which was greatly appreciated. The surrounding areas were clean, and the service overall was very good.
