This is the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. Every aspect of the hotel was designed for comfort and efficiency. The food was good especially the breakfast however the oysters in the Restaurant were overpriced for the tiny morsels we received

Room was absolutely clean, roomy and lots of extras like a lint removal item but some of the staff could learn better manners and smile more especially reception, i always believe it is the door to your home away from home, always important to smile and mean it!

Room was in great condition and Housekeeping was excellent. There was a stain on the bed cover. Looked oily. Also some dark stain on the carpet. Overall clean. The staff greeting was friendly and approachable. I did ask about smoking area they had on the website but this turned out to just be outside the hotel. No special place.

We arrived at 2pm and were delighted to be given a room ahead of the official check in time of 3pm. Room is of a good size with view of the Parliament House in distance. However the hotel is so close to the nearby office buildings that we could actually see the office ppl’s monitors! Bathroom was a bit small and dim. Furnishing a bit dated. Housekeeping can be improved cos they forget to replenish bath mat, toilet paper, hand soap, slippers. So we had to call housekeeping late at time to make request but housekeeping staff were quick to respond and always came with a friendly smile. We would like to compliment the breakfast crew for their ever chippy attitude. Always great to see their lovely smiles! Thank you for the hospitality. We had the same breakfast food for 10 days and it’s really boring. Hotel can consider changing the menu variety. Hotel location can’t be any better for us. Places of interest generally within walking distance. Grabbing a uber was also super convenient. We had a great time at Next hotel!
