The room was clean with a commanding view of the city. We were a little disappointed that there was no water in the room for drinking or coffee making. There were little amenities in the bathroom ( compared to what is in the rooms overseas. The buffet unfortunately left a lot to be desired. Some of the hot food was dried out, the toaster wasn’t working and we had to pay for the barrister coffee. The kitchen staff were accommodating.

Difficult to order room service and missing items when it arrived. Pool was cold. Hotel desk staff were very good, cleaning staff blocked hallway with trollies and vacuum cleaners. Room service trays left at doors most of the day.

I have stayed here twice in the past month. The beds were comfy, staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The location is great. If you're planning on eating in, rethink that plan. On both stays, I was told what I wanted to order from the menu they had run out of, so I ended up with Ubereats, the first order being a bowl of fries!
