The concierge was so prompt and very courteous, nothing was too much trouble and he was instructing 2 other concierge’s. We used the valet parking. On arrival the Pullman was underwhelming as the reception was tucked away in a pokey,dark area. The reception staff were not that obliging on the occasions we spoke to them, not friendly. The rating for this hotel was way too high and I would give it 3.5 stars. Not even a complimentary biscuit and no instant coffee, only a toxic pod machine. A very cheap plastic kettle, Curtains had rips in them. I could go on!
