Welcome to Sunnybank House – Cheltenham, a light-filled and welcoming three-bedroom home designed for relaxed family stays and comfortable group getaways. Set in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood, this charming home combines retro touches with modern convenience, offering a calm base close to shops, parks and Melbourne’s bayside beaches.

The open-plan living and dining area is bright and inviting, with stylish furnishings, a Smart TV and an electric fireplace for cosy nights in. The dining space seats six, making it ideal for shared meals and easy entertaining. The retro-style kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven and coffee machine, while the adjoining laundry includes a washer/dryer combo for added convenience (along with the dishwasher). Heating and cooling are well covered with split systems in the living area and all bedrooms.

All three bedrooms are comfortably appointed, each with a queen bed and individual split-system heating and cooling. The central bathroom includes both a bath and shower, with a separate toilet for practicality.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
