This hotel is perfectly located—just steps from a free tram stop, making it easy to reach the city center, yet situated in a quiet area. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The hotel offers free wine, toiletries, Himalayan salt, pepper, and a full set of kitchenware, including a rice cooker. If you prefer cooking, it's very convenient. There were minor issues, like a slightly faulty stove switch and a window lock that seemed a bit worn, but the staff quickly and kindly addressed them. They also helped with booking transportation and provided helpful directions. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. If I return, I would choose to stay here again.

Not often you open a cupboard and even find a first aid kit . Reception staff communicate with all steps required at just the right times too. Well appointed rooms with everything you need and a comfortable new feel to it . Perfect location right near trams and available without hearing any noise from the just environment outside

Awesome view from both balconies! Comfortable and clean. Nice bathrooms! Kitchen was great with added extras like salt and pepper, oil etc which was fantastic! Laundry was great! Only downfall was the internet. Very slow and had to use our own data which cost a lot more not being from Australia. Free tram right outside the door was perfect for us, taking us everywhere we wanted to go. Supermarket was an easy stroll up the street. So nice to look out to the river. Awesome stay! Highly recommend!

great overall experience.. staff are very helpful, friendly and responsive.. location is great for a quiet stay outside of cbd.. within the free tram loop and stop right outside the door.. negatives: only the masters bedroom has ac.. the unit is clean and well maintained but is not in mint condition..

Amazing property and location. The property has really thought about the guest with super helpful instructions and deals with local restaurants. Being in the free tram zone make it a breeze to get around

Top choice for accomodation, from the moment of checking in to checking out everything is fabulous. Love that they go the extra mile to having a concierge to show you to your room & the welcome goodies that they provide are a nice touch. Very comfortable stay with amazing views & love that there is a tram stop right outside. Will definitely be back again.
