Conveniently located. Room was not very clean and had a toilet smell. This could be somewhat reduced by consistently closing the toilet lid and the door, but the smell seemed to return. Carpets were not very clean and the bedside tables were very dusty. The room was incredibly dark also, although “moody” rooms seem generally to be a thing in modern hotels. Rooms lights could not be switched on or off from next to the bed, which is unusual. Check in staff very helpful. Cafe was incredibly busy so I assume it is pretty good!

This hotel is a hidden gem. Fantastic location. We walked to the Australian Open and all around the cbd shops easily. A nice vegan cafe across the alley and a vibrant cafe in the hotel foyer, while also be close to lots of other cafe options. The staff were very friendly. Our room was large and very quiet. Massive TV! The shower in the bathroom had great pressure. The sliding doors/walls in the bathroom were ‘interesting’ but were able to be completely closed for privacy. We would certainly stay again.

Stayed here on the recommendation of other reviews. Definitely wasn’t disappointed. Great, friendly staff, room spotlessly clean, great amenities. Central location, close to everything. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent. Only a short walk from the parking (very reasonably priced) to the hotel. Will definitely return
