Welcome to our pet friendly, newly renovated beach house located one street back from Sorrento ocean beach in a quiet dead-end street where you can relax and unwind to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach and the local birds singing. Leave the car at home and walk 850m to the Sorrento Surf Life Saving Club, 850m to Sorrento shops and restaurants and just a few minutes to coastal walks like Coppin's Track and rockpools. We aim to help you create a holiday experience you'll never forget.
THE SPACE ------------------- Immaculately presented with a stylish open plan living area, excellent finishes and luxurious touches. A celebration of prime, resort location close to the beaches and Village, the choreography of stunningly beautiful, coastal inspired materials and a refreshing understanding of the holiday lifestyle traditions of relaxing and entertaining. European Oak Floors, French doors and sash windows star in the elegantly oversized open plan living area, along with Calcutta Gold Marble kitchen bench tops, and Smeg appliances. Spill outdoors to masses of Blackbutt timber decking playing host to the seasons and welcoming all to enjoy the last rays of sunshine with outdoor table and chairs, BBQ, sun lounges and flexible seating ensemble. You can lose yourself be it reading a book or just listening to the birds and crashing waves of the ocean nearby. Children can be easily observed in the pool from the elevated deck/outdoor dining area with charcuterie board and a glass of pinot or rose (sorry to crash your dream, we don’t provide it). This house is fabulous all year round because of temperature control. The main living area has an open fire and reverse cycle heating and cooling while the sleeping quarters are serviced by ducted heating and cooling. In the colder months, cosy up on the sofa and take advantage of the open fire.
Westhaven is within easy walking distance to the ocean beach along a bush track to the Sorrento Surf Life Saving Club. You are just 850m to Sorrento’s shopping village so you can walk, drive, ride or scooter there in no time (not provided sorry, you need to bring your own).
The house opens straight in to the spacious open-plan living area with more than enough room to accommodate all of your guests. Bedroom 1 is a master suite with luxurious King bed, its own en-suite, large WIR and deck access. Bedroom 2 is very much a mini-master with Queen bed, its own en-suite and fold out single couch. Both bedrooms 3 and 4 have double beds and Bedroom 4 has a desk area. These bedrooms are serviced by the main bathroom opposite.
