The only real problem was check in. It was over an hr wait in a line with 2 young children 4 & 7 was very stressful

Great location. Very clean. Quite hotel however we checked in Saturday 24/2/24 (1345) unfortunate there was sick leave on reception we waited 30 mins to check in, there was no movement in the massive line so we went for late lunch. On return we waited another 40 minutes to check on. Not the girls on receptions fault she was amazing. Should be rewarded for her polite, amazing attitude. Frustration when you have plans and run late because you can not check in. .

Good location, loved how they got on the Taylor swift mania and had photo wall and her songs playing non stop. Staff seemed understaffed at most times which made waiting at reception or bar area longer than usual.
