I was informed that his would be left at check out, (last Thursday morning,10/7, , as of one week later this extorted fee still sits as pending in my account, Never will stay at a Holiday inn motel again 👎

Typical IHG property, clean good service. The only thing that I have concerns with are the breakfast. The bacon is never cooked properly, it’s obviously just thrown in a backing pan to half stew and never get the chance to be crispy

the stay was great it was quiet and relaxing and even in the morning in tue busy breakfast bar it still felt relaxing as there was no echo in the dining room only thing that is stopping me from giving the rating a 5 star is there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, no complimentary biscuits with the coffee and the bathroom mirror hadn't been cleaned properly which i wojldnt have noticed had there been an exhaust fan in the bathroom

We loved the room and hotel facilities, we only had a one night stay but wished it was longer. The room was spacious and clean, bed comfortable and the shower had good pressure and was very clean. We really enjoyed our breakfast, the food was delicious and the range of food was great.

So impressed with this hotel! The rooms aren't fancy but it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is excellent, the car parking is great and the free breakfast was so good. We will definitely stay here again.
