The breakfast is beyond ordinary. Holiday Inn need to seriously up their game in the breakfast stakes. Tired toast with an ancient toaster, sad looking vegetables and a bowl of watermelon, is just so poor. The hotel itself is gone.. nothing glam but clean and functional. Terrible shower design though which seems to be a theme across Holiday Inns in Australia now. Lobby was nice and we did appreciate the games deck. Decent basic hotel if you need somewhere to stay in Southbank, but there are better ones out there for the price we paid.
