The apartment was so dirty I had to buy cleaning products and clean the bathroom before I felt comfortable using it. The cushions on the bed had stains on them and everything just felt grimy. The whole building needs serious maintenance and cleaning.

WARNING SA TRIGGER I recently stayed at this hotel for two weeks, during which I encountered a highly distressing situation. After I had paid for my stay the night before, the manager mistakenly entered my room while I was sleeping, waking me in an inappropriate manner and invading my privacy (he entered my room while I was asleep and stood centimeters from my face at crotch level). Despite my discomfort, he continued to yell at me without allowing me to get dressed. When I informed other staff members about the incident, the manager reacted erratically, further escalating the situation and causing me significant stress. I reported the incident to the police and subsequently decided to leave the hotel. I hope that by sharing my experience, future female guests will be protected from similar occurrences. It is concerning to note that the manager has a history of such behavior and remains employed at the hotel.

I am a returning visitor to this property. It is in an excellent location - very close to everything (restaurants, entertainment, cinemas, shopping, parks) but not noisy. I have stayed here three times, in different areas of the property, and haven't been disturbed at all by external noise. The staff are polite and helpful. The rooms I have stayed in have been spacious, clean and well resourced. Happy to return again. Thank you.

The cleanliness of the rooms definitely lets down this property. I found out after the stay, that my daughter was sleeping without a top sheet, directly on an uncovered doona. Floors, doors, table tops need a good wipe down. On a positive the staff were helpful and rooms are spacious.

Room was dirty, hair ball in the bathroom. All surfaces needed a good clean, cutlery and crockery was filthy. Cleaning staff took a bag of groceries we had just purchased and when I provided feedback I had a very rude reception staff member tell me ‘oh no, that is impossible’. Breakfast basket was lovely but delivery at 9:30am is too late - particularly when checkout is by 10am or you are heading out shopping and exploring the city.

We had the most comfortable stay and highly recommend. The continental breakfast was a great touch and definitely filled you up. Nice and close to Parliament station, theatres, shopping and an array of restaurants to choose from nearby.
