★ Guests need to be registered with the management of The Alexander prior to arrival and provide a copy of their picture ID to gain access to the building and apartment



★ Upon arrival, guests will need to provide a credit card for security deposit Only a HOLD will be placed on the credit card and will not be charged with any amount.

No smoking inside of the apartment

★ The apartment is disinfected and sanitized with powerful antimicrobial agents at the end of each reservation by our staff to receive you in a safe environment.



★ This Airbnb is treated by a professional pest control every month. However, guests might encounter insects and bugs despite the property being well maintained and kept, due to tropical weather with hot and humid temperatures.
