Pool was a pretty cloudy. Made us not want to get in it. Also, when we got there, 2 of the 3 elevators were out of service. This created a long line just to get up to our room. Finally, the carpet in our room had a little bit of a bad smell to it. The room needed a little bit of a refresh.

We felt welcomed and had great hospitality as soon as we got out of our Uber. Concierge immediately took our luggage and directed us to the front desk to check in. When we got to the front desk, the guy who checked us in was very energetic and excited to see us (Christopher) and we were even able to get checked into our room early. Our room and community areas were all clean and housekeeping came every morning. Every staff member we encountered were very kind, helpful, and attentive. Everyday we spent time at the pool and the beach and both places provide waiting food/drink service. I would definitely go back! We were so sad to leave.

Outrageous that in addition to the resort fee of USD 45 which is meant to cover beach services (per their disclaimer) they also charge extra USD 30 for each beach umbrella per day. Effectively the resort fee for three people becomes USD 105 per day. Outrageous. The pools were so overcrowded that the water in biggest one wasn’t even transparent in the early afternoon because of all the sunscreen and sweat in the water. Unpleasant. Food options are ok. Ocean social is way too hot during the day, not enough vents. Didn’t feel clean, so we had to go to nearby hotels for lunch. Breakfast is fine in terms of food quality.

Upon my inaugural visit to Miami, I selected the Eden Roc hotel for my lodgings. My oceanfront suite was nothing short of stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's amenities, including the pool, lobby bars, the beach, and room service, during my stay of five nights and four days. I would be remiss not to extend a special acknowledgment to Joao, the concierge at Eden Roc. His kindness and understanding were truly exceptional, particularly on my first day when other staff members were indifferent to the delay in check-in. However, there were a few areas where I believe the hotel could improve. Specifically, I would have appreciated the inclusion of a microwave in my room, and I believe that the quality of the food offered in the restaurant, including Nobu, could be significantly enhanced.

Sheldon at the front desk was amazing. I believe he was the manager. We had a tiny issue with our room he immediately stepped in and fixed the situation. Upgrades us for my friends bday and everything. This was my first time staying here and I will be back. Thank you Sheldon!

Eden Roc was beautiful the property is well-kept, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the amenities were solid. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The only downside was the front desk experience. The receptionist was so stoic that it came off as cold and borderline rude. A little warmth and hospitality would’ve gone a long way in setting the tone for the stay. Thankfully, the rest of the experience made up for the lackluster welcome.

The property is dated but maintained well. Staff is friendly but do not go over and above to make a guests stay exceptional. We had a few concerns during our stay that did not get rectified inspite of numerous complaints - no full length mirror in the room, garbage was not removed inspite of receiving cleaning daily, not enough towels supplied for number of guests in the room.
