My stay at Beach Plaza was great! The staff were super responsive, and the online check-in made everything really easy. There was security on-site, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. The room was nice, clean, and spacious—especially for a place in Miami Beach. The location was also perfect: easy to find and close to everything we wanted to do. I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely book again!

It was very clean and nice decor The check in was horrible. No one around to help you with that.There was one cleaning person and she did not speak English at all. No parking and nothing to eat or drink on property.

It’s a home away from home type of vibe. The hotel is very clean, the staff on site as to the virtual staff are very attentive to the guests needs. The guy at the bar is super helpful if you need help with anything as there’s nobody onsite to help you…they didn’t clean my room once during our stay but other than that it was a clean hotel and very convenient to the everything on South Beach
