Apartment 702 at The Alexander (7th floor) is a DIRECT OCEANFRONT 4 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. Newly renovated and furnished with Master bedroom direct oceanfront with king bed and bonus single twin, Guest bedroom has 3 single twin beds, 2 twins can be assembled as a king, 3rd bedroom has queen double bed and bonus 4th bedroom has a full size bed. It is a larger 1200 square foot apartment with a very large ocean front corner balcony. Full open concept kitchen with all modern appliances and cookware and serving utensils, a living and dining area, modern decorated with magnificent views of the ocean. Extra guests: Standard rate includes sleeping up to 7 guests, each additional guest is $45 per night up to maximum of 9 guests.

Our brand new upper-level poolside cabana is available to rent 10am - 8pm, during your stay. IMPORTANT INFORMATION- Our property has recently completed a $35 million renovation of the interior and exterior of the building. Both upper and lower pools, Tiki bar, restaurant, and mezzanine pool deck are now open and in full operation.

In the rare event that an unexpected emergency maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is of equal or greater value to the unit reserved. This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs. The unit was as promoted. While we were 4 older men coming here to enjoy sun and catch up with each others lives, this unit would be excellent for families, girl outings, etc. Balcony has more furniture than shown in pictures. Perfect for morning sunrise coffee chats. The kitchen is outfitted with more cooking items than any other place i have stayed. I highly recommend this unit as well as the resort

Great property!

We stayed during the week of New Year's Eve. The location is superb. It's on a quiet location off Collins Ave and far enough away from South Beach (but close enough for a short Uber ride). The pool area is well maintained and offers direct beach access. I would recommend.

The instructions for the day of check in should have been emailed to me at least 3 days prior to check in especially with a group of 8 people all arriving at different times & flights. That way we would have known we’d be able to use the resort & store our bags prior to check in. This would have made the check in day arrival for 8 people much more relaxing.We understand not to give key code to door by 4pm, but to give all day of arrival info 10min before check in time was too late. & BTW- The phone number on VRBO for owner did not work when pressed using iphone

We enjoyed our stay and Mark was great. We would simply share that the unit could use some updates and there is one bedroom is really too small in our opinion. The construction work is progressing but still visible from the balcony but is not very nice to look at - Again, we had a great stay just sharing for awareness, and the host was great!

The suite was amazing, clean and fresh. Was confused on the reason for the single visit to remove the trash just on the first night. Also pool towel token process was not clear so we had some issues and confusion. The location is perfect and so is the staff! Would of liked some fans/misters by the pool wall as it was very hot at the adult pool. Had a great time. Easy Check in and check out process!

Beautiful View!

The condo itself is clean and beautiful a with an amazing view from the bedroom. The hosts were very easy to reach and helpful. It is equipped with kitchen and bathroom needs. We have a large family (6 in this condo) and we were able to fit. The only downsides: balcony is over the industrial kitchen and trash area on one end and did not always have a pleasant smell outside; hallways smelled similar in the building so we tried to get through them quickly. As we plugged our nose to and from the elevator we enjoyed the stay! The pool drinks are $18-27 a piece FYI! Mid beach is quiet and a great location for families. We really enjoyed going to North Beach and South Beach! They are both very close.

Perfect Spot in Miami Beach!

We stayed at this unit at the Alexander Hotel for a long weekend celebrating a bachelorette party. I was nervous about the property before arrival due to seeing some negative reviews about the Alexander online, but we were so impressed with everything! The apartment is very spacious, the beds are firm but comfortable, nice strong water pressure and plenty of hot water - and the views from the master bedroom and the balcony are amazing! We also loved the pool, especially that there is one that's adults only. The drinks and food available at the pool was very convenient, and service was great. However, be aware that the prices on the food and drinks are really expensive, but for us, it was worth it. We also loved the beach access - we didn't rent chairs, just went down to take a quick dip in the water a few times, but it was beautiful. We never had to wait long for an elevator, UBER and LYFT were plentiful to get us to South Beach within 10-15 minutes each time. Everything was honestly perfect, and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Miami!

Nice but small

The Alexander was a lovely resort, we enjoyed the amenities. The unit was decorated minimally but nicely and it was clean. We enjoyed the mirrors because it allowed an ocean view no matter where you are in the living areas. There was a great supply of cleaning products, which we appreciated. The views from the main bedroom were spectacular. The problems, the sofa needs to be replaced as it has holes in it, but it sat comfortably. The biggest issue is the 3rd bedroom. It was too small, it didn’t have a closet nor an adequate place to put your belongings. It felt like an interior room on a cruise ship. The unit didn’t have all of the bath linens as stated but with the in-unit laundry we made it happen.

The location and beach access of this property is awesome. The condo is perfect for families. We enjoyed for the most part. Only complaint is the master bed sheets were dirty and had not been changed. We initially didn’t notice, so slept in them for a few days🤢 I reached out immediately to all numbers and emails I had to get them changed asap. One person (not sure who) responded and said that someone would come to change the sheets, which is a good thing. I wish they said sorry this was not done (or something like that!), but I know I cant expect too much. The sheets and all bed linen were changed with in an hour or so.

We had a wonderful stay here. The view was fantastic! There was an unexpected emergency gas utility shut down for the entire building during our stay but our host Mark was very responsive and took care of the inconvenience with reasonable accommodation. Aside from some normal wear & tear, the unit was very nice and well maintained.

The Unit was great, exactly as advertised & pictured. The Unit Management were quite professional & responded promptly to all our requests and inquiries. The beach was right out the back door, well maintained & staffed with courteous personnel to assist with chairs & umbrellas. Poolside restaurant food was good quality was great and delivered right to the beach chairs. The neighborhood was quiet & safe, day and nightime, a quick ten minute Uber ride to South Beach and Miami's finest clubs & dining, or up Collins Avenue to grocery or the finest high end shopping. Would recommend it to both families or collective singles or couples.

Beautiful view of ocean from the large balcony and big windows! Wonderful location right on the beach and very nice condo unit! The condo was clean and very spacious, even for five adults. Unfortunately, one of the pools were under construction while we were there but the other bigger pool was clean and empty. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.
