This was a good check in. The staff seems to be doing a good job. The room is old but clean. My husband has thin blood so the room was cold to him. We will stay here again.

Motel experience

Old property, tired and not very clean. No elevator. No hot water. Shower leaked at the faucet and sprayed all over the bathroom. Poor quality pillows and sheets. Old, noisy AC unit. Staff had conflicting information on the airport shuttle, neither correct. $250 a night, while the Ramada had been $99 three nights previous and much better.

I was charged a premium price a low-grade motel. Hotels are cheaper at Los Angeles international airport. What is Wrong with that picture. Goodbye Port of Miami I could never be darkening your doors again.

Checked in around 9:00pm. Clerks appeared to be very young and Uninterested in being helpful . We asked about transportation to airport and shuttle service starts at 6:00am which info online did not disclose this unfortunately we had an early flight out. We were assigned room 603 close to the pool on back side. it took us a considerable amount of time to find room, we should have been given map along with better instructions, room 603 lock was broken, ceiling looked to have leaks or poorly repairs, it was dirty and old looking , we requested another room due to broken lock then was reassigned to room 604 and TV didn’t work at all. The facility was not well maintained and for the price of over $300 for a night maybe being worth half of price. I would never give a recommendation to stay there and definitely will think twice to rebook at another Days Inn . Very disappointing !

Should've read all the reviews for this hotel before booking it. When we arrived the front desk lady didn't seem to enjoy working or being there at all. The room was located in a seperate building top floor, no elevator. Saw rat traps in parking lot and pest control on scene. Our room had water damage on celings and floor. Roach fecal matter were found in corners of room. The room smelled like mold. Found spots of black mold in restroom. After spending 30 mins there we decided to book at a different hotel. Same price but wayyyyy nicer with updated property and clean. Wouldn't recommend staying here at all. Its overpriced and photos do not look like property in person.

The staff was so kind and helpful but the room we stayed in was very run down and smelled like mold. The air conditioner wasn’t working well so it was very hot as well.
