Great hotel in Homestead area

People very pleasant and one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever had in the state of FL, especially the bathroom! Bed was just ok. All in all a pleasant stay.

Great comfortable beds and friendly service

Our stay here was only for one night but the staff was very friendly, efficient and the room was fantastic. Lots of space in the room including large storage area and full length mirror. I'm not sure why some reviews have been negative as this was one of the best we've ever stayed at. Very close to food options as well!

Overall check in , stay, check out experience was fine. Apparently one of my children had an accident in the bed , unbeknownst to me, so the property called me hours after checkout to say I left the room with property damage, hinting that I had a pet in there, and charged me 250.00 dollars for the urine on the bed , claiming they had to pull the room off the market . I have never had this experience before, and the fact that they smugly assumed it was a pet , and then charged my card, then called me, “as a courtesy”. Overall, the way that was handled felt more like a shakedown , then anything else. Will not be staying at this brands property again .

The room was beautiful! Towels need replaced/upgraded. Also, the Pool towels. They were not really a pool towel but a very old regular towel. Expected more considering rooms were over $350/night. Restaurant only open for breakfast and dinner. Would have been nice if they had lunch too or at least be able to get a cocktail so you don’t have to leave the property.

This hotel was very clean & offered good amenities. It is in a convenient location with shops, pharmacy & restaurants within walking distance. It is easy access to the Florida turnpike if you are driving further south. We will stay again if heading that way!

Easy check in and very friendly. Breakfast is available for $15 per person. It would have been nice to be forewarned that the door key was needed for lights to enter i to the room because it was very dark when we checked in. The room was large and appeared clean, I wanted to use my fore stick and the TV remote wouldn't let u so then they texted if everything was OK I told them and someone brought a regular remote up so we could change the inputs. We slept great and it was really quiet.
