Was charged for taking something from the mini bar (that I did not take!) I found the amenities fees ridiculous for a small pool that closed so early i couldn't use it. The bed was comfortable, and the room had good sound insulation so I slept peacefully. I wouldn't reccommend this hotel because of the high amenity fee and beware of random charges.

Very clean room, very nice view worth a balcony. Is pricey though, if coming for cruising like we were there is cheaper just as good options with nice views. Good stay though and worth it if you want to splurge a little.

Beautiful large clean room over looking the canal. Get a room with the terrace if you can. Staff was amazing. Location is perfect. Bayside is so much nicer than most places on the beachside these days.

Well we showed up early and we were told rudely that check was 4pm guaranteed. We kept checking to see if the room was ready and the answer was 4pm check in guaranteed. At 4pm the room still was ready so we asked what happened to the guarantee? Again rudely she said they were busy. After finally checking in we were to get a free bottle of wine in the room. That showed up 4 hours later after we finally called. They didn’t care at all.
