Bright, light 3 season porch great for bird watching or relaxing after a day at the beach. Enjoy the spacious interior or run around outside in our private large yard. Down the street from the famous Norman Bird Sanctuary and Newport Equestrian. Enjoy the wood fireplace in the winter months or the grill, patio, and outdoor shower in season.
The Space:
Fully renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bath, open kitchen and living room with extended three season porch. Full bedroom and bath on first floor with main living room, kitchen and sunroom. On the second floor you'll find three large bedrooms, 2 full baths and a laundry room. Large windows throughout letting in plenty of natural light. Large yard with mature gardens and fruit trees, outdoor dining, grill, outdoor shower, parking for 6-7 cars. Comfortably accommodates 11 between the 4 large size bedrooms. Scenic walk or a two min drive to the beach.

You'll have access to the entire property including the garage and outdoor space. We ask that you do not access the owner’s closets on the second floor or in the garage (marked clearly) or owner’s bins in the pantry
