Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was very spacious, and our kids really enjoyed the pool. We also loved riding the gondola inside the hotel, and the restaurants were excellent. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
The only downside was that the sofa bed had dirty sheets when our children were getting ready to sleep. When I called housekeeping, they simply offered to bring clean sheets without apologizing, so I had to remake the bed myself.
Another surprise was the daily resort fee. I wasn’t aware that it would be charged each day, so seeing it added at checkout was unexpected and a bit disappointing.
Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay overall and would consider returning.

"All was well good place to stay but the things that are supper annoying are the people that stay here slam the room doors they are super loud ,house keeping also slams the room doors making twice as bad. As much as house keepers are important in the hotel they could tone down the noise when cleaning ..."
