Had trouble with entering our room. Card reader wouldn’t read our card even after changing it multiple times at the front desk. After making a complaint, the front desk lady didn’t want to accommodate us until they realized they couldn’t fix the problem. Waited about an hour until the front desk switched our rooms. Had the same issue the next day. Wouldn’t stay here again.

My stay was mostly pleasant. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. The room was generally clean and comfortable; however, the carpet could use some attention, as it didn’t feel as clean as the rest of the room. The room also felt a bit stuffy. When we turned on the heater, there was a noticeable burning dust smell. It wasn’t severe, but it was noticeable enough to mention. Overall, the stay was okay, and the friendly staff made a positive difference. With a few improvements to the carpet and air quality, the experience could be even better.

Hotel location is good and rooms are quite spacious. However, breakfast area is very small and we had trouble with wifi which didn’t work for us for the entire stay. Overall good stay.
