This is my review from Trip Advisor... Slice of heaven! I'm glad I succumbed to booking at the Sofitel Mumbai BKC as a treat for my family and me. The hotel is grand and luxurious, and so is the service. I read a couple of reviews that mentioned the service wasn't great. But my experience has been anything but that. The service is genuinely warm and friendly. Go the extra bit a book a room that gives you access to Club Millesime. You won't regret it. High Tea in the afternoon and drinks at night. What made my experience here even better is getting to know Steven Mendonsa. He and his team do a bloody brilliant job at Club Millesime and go out of their way to make you feel special. This is not just professional service, it's warm and infectious. It's something that's sorely lacking from a lot of their western hospitality counterparts and makes me wonder, why can't it be so? It's not hard to treat people with kindness. 5 star hotels can feel the same with the various services they offer. What sets them apart is genuine customer service. This place, and in particular, Steven and his crew have it in spades. There aren't any pictures as you can't capture great service in an image. You have to come here experience it.

Lobby Breakfast Restaurant

We had ordered Jain Vegan meals due to speacial guest joining for breakfast. The order was placed and advised serveal Staff about the special meals. On delivery the meals were not vegetarian vegan. It was embarrassing in front of our VIP guest and meals was removed from her table. The request was placed and reminded serveral times but yet couldn’t get it right. due to late morning no further orders was placed. The staff wasn’t very interested and gave a bill of $100.00 for the meals not consumed !

Amazing hotel, staff could not do enough for you.

Pros: Everything
Cons: Distance from colabra, beaches, bandra. While not far but with traffic eveything takes a long time to get too.
Amazing hotel, staff, room, the staff could not do enough for me. I could fault nothing, perfect ending to my holiday.

Very good

Pros: Comfortable Good gym Great masseur Great staff - very helpful
Cons: Internal room noise due to corridor noise needs to be improved
Location: Good for access to airport and my business meetings
I stayed for 2 nights and was well looked after. I left my phone in a taxi -had in back in my hand within the hour - thanks to staff Only complaint was my room was near the lift exit and a noisy Indian wedding party woke me up at 1am.
