I booked the King Suite Ocean front on the fourth floor and I was highly satisfied! The only complaints I have are the fees (which of course I should’ve been aware of in the fine print but the fees are of course not my cup of tea) and the toilet which was loose from the floor. Over all stay was pleasant and my floor was pretty quiet. Staff was friendly.

I was disappointed regarding the reservations service. I asked if i had a ocean front room and i was told specifically "YES" the day before arrival i was told i had a ocean view and i was look at the roof. Then i was told parking was $11 and it was $15 on arrival and the big kicker was the charged my card $200 when i checked in, said they will hold it until check out and only charge me $40 for parking and $60 for something room and will total $120 so you hold $200$ Then the next day i get a notification from my bank that the hotel has charged my card an additional $62.71. I went to front desk along with 4 other guests upset wanting to know why??? I was told this keeps guests from locking their card and secures the hotel of getting their money? REALLY you just held $262.71 and not let me know anything at all!!! Thats crazy not professional and will NEVER happen AGAIN. My bank has reassured me how to block this from happening 😡

Love the pool area for the children, access to the beach, and the beautiful room. Favorite part was definitely the ocean view in the shower! Staff were all kind however response time was horrible. Waited 30 minutes to check in (they have 8 or so desks but only two people working). Called for a blanket had to wait a while for someone to answer and then an hour to receive it. Next day called for towels and never received them. Also be sure to skip the black drum restaurant definitely not worth it. Having to pay for parking is ridiculous considering what you already pay to stay!

Long Story….but They system assigned me to 3 rooms & i woke up to somebody with a key to my room ‘ saying they’re was giving the room at 8am in the morning . They put my room out of order so i couldn’t get back in my room after we returned from getting breakfast. The outlet in the room don’t work ‘ we had to charge all the devices on the one lamp in the room. It’s a lot more i can tell about my stay but I’m getting mad think about it. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE ‘ I’m trying to save you from a headache

Weeklong stay Myrtle Beach

My major issues was with the room. The overall facility was awesome. The room had a leak in the toilet for several days. It took a while to get it fixed. The a/c vents were not cleaned as well as the vent in the toilet. There was mold in the shower and only one towel rack. The mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows were to soft. The pillows also were not king pillows and the appeared to be worn out. We enjoyed the room location and the view. The breakfast was awesome and very good I would pay for it if I had to. I wish there was more parking available we had to search every night when we returned. Last thing the toilet area was dirty and not swept prior to our arrival.

Property has a very nice pool and breakfast buffet is great. Property staff were ok but not friendly. Paid 3k for suite and except for replenishing towels, no daily housekeeping was offered in 8 nights. Food and beverage options are very limited for the size of the hotel.

It was a very nice stay, only down sde was the elevator was down for a cetain amount of time. So i had to walk 17 flights down however by the time i needed to come back the issue was resolved. All else was GOOD.
