Urgent Feedback on Recent Stay
I am writing to share my experience during my recent stay at your establishment, and unfortunately, it was not up to the standard I expected.
Firstly, the sheets in our room were not clean, and the lack of functioning air conditioning made our stay uncomfortable. Despite having an in-room thermostat, we were informed that it was centralized and non-operational. This left me puzzled as to why it was present in the room if it couldn't be used.
Moreover, the room itself was in poor condition. The dusty carpet around the walls and furniture, coupled with hairballs scattered throughout, exacerbated our dust allergies. We had to resort to taking allergy medication to endure our two-night stay.
The bathroom posed additional concerns, as we observed mold and mildew growth on the ceiling and walls. The proximity of the shower to the low ceiling became uncomfortable. These hygiene issues significantly impacted our overall satisfaction.
Lastly, the luggage storage arrangement was suboptimal. Despite a designated room for storage, our luggage was left in the open, near the door, without any supervision. This raised security concerns and left us uneasy about the safety of our belongings.
I believe that addressing these issues will enhance the overall guest experience at your hotel. I appreciate your attention to these matters and hope that future guests can enjoy an improved stay.
