Good for overnight stay to catch early flight

A reasonable priced hotel to stay so that we could take an early flight from Narita Airport. Hotel offered free shuttle to airport and Narita town.

Great Service…But Needs Better Cleanliness

The hotel’s shuttle service was great—very convenient for getting to and from the airport. Having a Family Mart right in the building was also a huge plus, and both the food and hotel amenities were solid. The staff was polite and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet offered good variety at a reasonable price. However, the room itself was quite outdated and noticeably dusty. It felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, there was a strong lingering smell of smoke, which was disappointing. My friend and I are both sensitive to tobacco irritants, and the smell triggered allergy-like symptoms for us. Overall, while the convenience and service were good, the cleanliness and room condition left much to be desired.

The pool hours are awkward.. 3pm to 8pm.. the room was very uncomfortable for two people. The staff was very friendly! The hotel though needs to adopt better dining hours and facility hours. Also the rooms were very uncomfortable.. but the bathrooms in the room were spacious with great amenities. Would probably recommend another hotel for a short stay if you are looking for accessible amenities such as a pool or bath.. or food options.

I usually like the rooms at this hotel but this time I think I got put on a wing / floor for tour groups or low priced rooms. Room was very out dated and worn. Hallway was loud and could hear people talking and coming and going all night. View was not good for airport hotel since it was a low floor.

20 min free shuttle away from the airport/free shuttle to mall and Nrt station. Clean. Has convenience store inside and several restaurants. Some kid was runnin around in the hall but otherwise it was a quiet room. I’d def stay there again.

Hotel was bigger than expected and the personnel was extremely nice and helpful. The shuttle to the airport made a huge difference and was the decisive factor to pick this hotel. The room was clean but it might be a little bit too small for a party of 5-6 people (we were 2 adults and 4 kids). This was also the first hotel that had the toilet and the shower together, but the amenities were awesome! We decided to pay for the buffet for 2 adults only and it was delicious, nothing compared to the breakfast buffet in the US; however there were few Japanese options to choose from and most of the food were americanized, still much better than the US food. We also used the shipping luggage service and had zero issues. We woud definitely stay there again!

stuck at Narita for a day, stayed there and explored the Narita area, room is very large, was able to get a free upgrade too... shuttle bus is a must, to the mall and JR Narita station area to explore.
