Great for a layover, lovely hotel, big rooms. Take the free shuttle to Narita town and see the temple and great little shops. Dinner buffet was lovely.

I really enjoyed staying here. The staff is very kind, and the amenities were wonderful. I was really impressed by how thoughtful all of the room amenities and details were. Unfortunately I had a very brief stay, arriving late and departing early- but I would have loved to been able to spend a little more time here to use the other facilities. I only knocked down the rating a bit because the smoking area seeped into the entire lobby of the hotel. The other facilities and the rooms did not smell though.

Very convenient with free shuttle service to and from the hotel/airport. They also have free shuttle to Eon Mall. The room is a good size for a family of 4 (2 small kids). There is a family mart in the hotel which is so convenient! I requested for a complimentary late check out of 1 hour but they asked me to pay so I declined. That’s the only downside of our stay!

I enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a convenient shuttle to and from the airport. Everything was clean, the staff was helpful and accommodating, and the restaurant options were pleasing. I would most definitely recommend to anyone traveling through for a connection or for a longer stay that's looking for something budget friendly but still above avergage.

I booked the Japanese suite, it’s very spacious like a two bedroom suite, my two teen boys have futon on one side, me and my husband had mattress on the other side of the room, in between there is a living room setting with sofa , tv, desk, bar table, the bathroom is quite big with toilet and shower separately, the foyer can store our five big luggage’s, it’s 15 mins shuttle between hotel and airport, very convenient and efficient, overall it’s the best choice we had in Tokyo so far.
