Room was small but enough for 2 people. Hotel is very accommodating. We were able to check out and leave our luggage to explore the area, then come back to collect our stuff. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was delicious!

Large hotel complex with beautiful gardens.

A beautiful hotel grounds with nice gardens. I can tell this place caters mostly to large tour groups, but it was a fun place to stay for a night before departing from Narita.

Room was basic and small, but this is Japan. So that’s expected. We did not have breakfast. We did eat dinner, it was ok. We were only here for a short while in transit for our next flight. Was close to the airport.

My family and I stayed here right after we landed in Narita and the night before our departure from Japan. The airport shuttle was really convenient and come/goes frequently/throughout many hours of the day. It takes like 20-30 mins to get from airport terminal 1 to the hotel. Also, there is another hotel shuttle that takes you to the Narita train station, as well as a mall. We only enjoyed the breakfast during our stay and the selection was yummy, healthy, and varied. I wasn’t feeling well(jet lag) when I landed, but the next morning the miso, fruit, and sweet potato with Citrus revived me. The night before our flight back, I did some laundry and was able to buy soap at the onsite conbini. The rooms were decent and amenities well provided. I would stay here again if I were flying in and out from Narita.

I had stayed at the Mystays in Narita before. The room was not as clean as before. The bathtub was dirty and overall the room was was not as great. Maybe they should talk to the cleaners
