The free shuttle to the airport, Narita Station and the Mall was a blessing and gave us the opportunities to explore the area how we liked.

Price excellent value for money, loved the reliable timely transfer to and from airport, staff perfect communication in English, tooms spacious, clean, comfortable and warm. Excellent family room, spacious for 4 people. Good restaurant options but pricier than in the city of course. Good Lawsons and a souvenir shop for.last minute shopping. Perfect stop off before departure. Was able to do late check out to 2pm at a cost of about 3,300 yen for single room, 6,900 yen for family room.check out. This place has everything you need.

Clean room, nice front desk staff. Airport shuttle is a big plus. Room is very small, bathroom sink has major crack and poorly patch job to try to fix it. It really needs a new sink.

If you're looking for a place close to Narita for a reasonable price, you'll be hard pressed to do better than this. It has restaurants (although, many of them close around 20:00) and a convenience store inside the building. The rooms are clean and quiet.

I wouldn’t stay here again. Room was so hot and the staff said the air was broken so open a window. We did. However, it’s next to a noisy highway. Dated hotel. Food was bland. The airport shuttle was very nice and staff very friendly. But would not return or fly out of Narita again

A wonderful airport hotel. We stayed in a superior twin room in the annex. Although some fixtures were a little dated, the room was in no way shabby. In fact, we were very impressed by how well-maintained, clean and retro elegant everything was. Massive bathroom with a comfortable bath tub. The room overlooked a lovely little garden area that had an interesting light display on at night. Staff at the hotel knew what guests needed and sorted everything out at check in. They confirmed breakfast plans, let us know that check out was going to be very quick (simply a matter of dropping off our room key at a designated point), and noted the time of our airport shuttle bus transfer for the next morning. Staying at Hotel Nikko Narita took the stress out of getting to the airport on time, and we felt like we were in very safe, reliable hands. There were also plenty of friendly staff in the lobby who were only too keen to look after guests and their luggage upon arrival as well as at departure. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality, Hotel Nikko Narita!

We always stay here on our was to Niseko. Hotel is always a pleasure to stay at. Buffet breakfast is exceptional!! Staff are all friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend staying here to anyone on a layover trip.

Nikko Narita is a super convenient hotel as it is a short distance from Narita airport with a free bus shuttle service The rooms are modern and clean and there are several restaurants to choose from and a small convenience store with everything you could need My only issues were that they had no air conditioning available in the rooms so the rooms were hot and stuffy even in the middle of Winter. I was lucky as they had a spare fan to use but if that was not available it would have been a terrible experience The futon beds in the Japanese style rooms are very thin and are not comfortable to sleep on Other than those two issues it is a great place to stay, just make sure you can secure a fan for your room and to choose a room with more comfortable beds
