Rooms are quite good, clean, plenty of space (twin room). Staff were excellent. onsite Lawson is always a bonus. Free 5 min bus service every 20 min to Narita Airport is great, recommended.

Only stayed one night but easy to get to and from the airport on the free shuttle. Quiet, no noise from other rooms/guests. Easy check in. Would stay again.

Everything was wonderful. The room was clean, every day. The amenities were great. There was a 24 hour store that I could get my coffee early in the morning. And food and souvenirs. The free shuttle took you to shopping, airport or train. Nice big rooms, also. I loved it.

Perfect for a short overnight layover. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in a family room with tatami, which was a nice touch. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the buffet offered good options. Would definitely stay again.

A fantastic airport hotel! We always come back to Hotel Nikko Narita whenever we are in Tokyo. Staff are professional, hospitable and welcoming - from front desk staff, to cleaning staff, and to the staff who wave goodbye to us on the buses. Breakfast is awesome. Rooms are spacious, super comfortable and spotlessly clean! Well done to all staff and management at Hotel Nikko Narita. Keep up the wonderful work - your guests truly appreciate you!
