My no smoking stunk of smoking, I complained and was changed to a room which was not much better and had to move the luggage myself. Lucky I was only there for one night or I would have left this place….. I don’t know how it has such high reviews. There was no coffee or milk in the rooms One restaurant was closed, so only very limited choice. Breakfast was disgusting. There was better food in the 7 Eleven type store within the complex. Don’t go to this place!!

Great location, close to Narita Airport. The restaurants are bloody expensive but food was excellent.

A clean and modern hotel close to Narita airport. The shuttle bus from and to airport was handy. There is also a shuttle service to Narita city center for shopping. The staff were friendly and courteous. We will stay here again!
