Feels highly efficient

Be mindful of 4pm check as it appears to be very strict lots of travellers waiting in the foyer. I stayed in the new section, room was very tidy. If you like a softer bed forget it. I enjoy a firm mattress and mine was very firm. Breakfast was very good. It is a little ways from things.There are a couple of restaurants nearby a seven eleven about 500 meters away and a lawsons in the hotels ground floor.

Overnight stay from a delayed flight, and it’s really close to the airport and the proce of $99 (AUD) was great. Having the Lawson downstairs is awesome, and the free breakfast too.

The property exceeded my expectations. The buffet brekky was very substantial. It was a huge place but seems to be very organised. Despite the crowds of Chinese tourist swarming the place, it seems very efficient in handling big groups. There was always food on the buffet tables and the salad was always fresh. The only thing I can think of was the meatballs were cold but they were tasty. Every food item was tasty. I just missed congee though, it was not served in the three days we were there. There's a Lawson inside the complex and it was very handy. We did have dinner at Sukiya which was a bit tricky to walk to,vdespite it being about 7 minutes' walk in the dark for us and there are open sewer holes which were dangerous if you are not careful that was why I gave 4 stars to the area around. But the hotel itself offered us a very pleasant stay as we used the free airport shuttle a few times going to the airport to exchange our jr passes and also go to Tokyo using the discounted nexpress train twobwsy tickets ( we needed our jr pass for the next week so couldn't use it yet). As a whole, I highly recommend this place for easy access to Narita ( and even Haneda as you can get the Skyliner train, cheaper than the Limousine bus).

The staff was very friendly and the accommodations were clean. The breakfast was very well done. The only less than satisfying aspect of my stay was that the only restaurant available was away from the hotel, requiring a walk in unfamiliar territory and a lengthy wait while tired and hungry.🙂
