Loved the fact that there was plenty to do for the entire family. Dining options were great; with some budget friendly options across the Harborside part of the resort. The room was spacious, had a great view, and had a comfortable bed. The Village Grocery Store (about a 5 minute walk from the hotel) was the go to spot for me; as a Red Bull was $3.76 there, vs. $7 at the resort. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star review was because the service was not to par with the price people pay to come here. It could be because the 15% is already added to EVERY transaction, resulting in minimal effort to go the extra mile. I will say that the place felt very safe and is definitely one to be checked off the bucket list. Kudos to the Housekeeping staff, as they always greeted us with a warm smile and did a phenomenal job!

It was a good experience. Atlantis is a big resort with lots of things to do during the day. The 3 things that could have made it way better: 1. If Wifi connection worked better 2: if they had more activities at night and 3: food was not as good for the price. Only restaurant my family loved was Cocodrilos.
