I recently stayed at the Warwick property and was very disappointed with my experience. The main reason I booked this hotel was for the swimming pool area, which turned out to be completely under construction. This was not mentioned anywhere on the website or during the booking process, which felt misleading. On top of that, the staff was far from welcoming. Instead of being greeted with warmth and hospitality, the interactions came across as indifferent and unhelpful. Between the lack of transparency about the amenities and the unwelcoming atmosphere, my stay fell far below expectations. I would not recommend this property until they improve both communication and customer service.

Upon arrival we learned the big beautiful pool was closed, then learned all the specialty restaurants were closed. The food available at the buffet was not good. Most employees seemed put out by us and other visitors. Drinks at the bar were limited, when bars were open. We left the property most days to eat and get drinks. Made the “all inclusive” of our stay not worth it. When we left, they called us a taxi - old van, no AC. Our room was clean, best feature.

Do not stay here!!! This place looks nothing like the website photos!! First they had the main pool closed for renovations without any warning to customers. They offered zero compensation for it. You’re in paradise but have to listen to construction. The entire resort smells moldy. My bathroom had mold. The front desk staff is very undesirable. There’s no customer empathy or understanding. It’s expensive to stay here but it doesn’t live up to its reputation. Save your money and stay somewhere else

I was disappointed about this property. It wasn’t worth saving a few bucks. The pool they are advertising was under contraction. Why is this not disclosed at booking? The rooms smelled like mildew and the air conditioning was extremely loud, the quality of food was ok but not great. I was looking for a nice relaxing vacation. The music that was jamming nonstop made it impossible to just lay and chill. I would not stay here again.

Water in the shower didn’t want to go down I had to fix it for it can . Then we booked a room with a balcony and got one without. Also they closed the pool down. They said they sent the email and we never seen it they closed it there saying 2 days before we came but we never received a message one of the door man was trying to hustle us for a taxi. PRICE SAID 45 and he told us $50 plus 5 per person and depend on the bags more money.

Union arriving and waiting to be checked in-the front desk person called up a younger couple that just walked in and we were left standing there until someone else came to check us in. Going to our room we noticed the hallway and room had an odor. The sell was there the entire time. Getting to the room and opening the balcony door we saw the main pool was drained and under construction. The sound of the jackhammers were heard both days. THIS WAS NEVER DISCLOSED PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL. One of the pillows appeared to have a small blood stain on it which made us believe the sheets were not changed. The hotel did not feel clean. The food was terrible. The only good food was the egg white omelette that was freshly made in the morning. The music at theHog Bar was too loud and not of our liking. We want to be compensated for no main pool, noise and the terrible food.

I have the privilege to stay at this resort this weekend. It was one of the worst experiences I have had traveling over the world. The air conditioner in my room was extremely loud during the night. The hallway smelling was unscented with a horrible odor. The water from my faucet and shower smelled like a sewage that needed to be clean. You website didn't inform me that your main pool is under construction. There was no enjoyable aduth entertainment onsite.I was informed that this is off season. That shouldn't have been an excuse. Also the front desk never had money changed. I truly feel that my weekend off work and traveling to Bahamas was worthless.
