From check in to check out all of the staff that we encountered were both courteous and professional. The amenities such as the pools were kept very clean. The shuttle service is excellent. The building and rooms are starting to show their age and are in need of some TLC. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the Reef. Suggestion: Book the Harbourview room for the sunsets and views of the cruise ships.

This was a wonderful property. The water slides were so much fun and the river float is so much fun. So many things to do you never have to be bored. But you can chill for the entire day if that’s what you choose. The food is great and it is higher price than normal places but you expect that. We were there for 6 nights and our bill at the end was about $1K for 2 adults. But that bill was also some souvenirs since you can charge everything to your room and pay at the end. We thought that was reasonable. If I had to find 1 negative it would be that this time of year, the pools, swimming at the beach and water activities close at 5pm. It’s understandable but a negative because you are having so much fun you want to go until dark. Highly recommend.

I love the Reef Atlantis,as soon as you walk in the lobby you can and smell that nice relaxing, aroma. The staff at the Reef was very accommodating. I like the fact that the Reef is very close to the beach and fine dining, it is also a short walk to the Aqua venture water park, I would take the shuttle to the Royal Towers to experience the underground Aquarium, but I would walk back to the Reef. Restaurants I enjoyed were Posiden Table, Bimini Road, cascade, ,marina pizza. The night club was an experience, the DJ kept the house dancing ,I also tried the casino, they also have barbie experience for adult and children.The Atlantis Is an experience and the #1 resort in Nassau Bahamas no other resort comes close to this resort no comparison. The only one issue I had was keeping charged on my phone, not sure if it was the voltage at resort, but my phone would not hold the charge when I got to the resort, I tried using the charging station in the loddy of the Reef, I had my charger plugged into the USB port in the loddy, but yet my phone still died,while on the charger, after getting to my room I tried hooking up my charger to the USB by my bed,my phone still showing I need to hook it up the charger, I went downstairs to see if the concierge would assist in getting my phone charged I was told they are not supposed assist with charging any guest phone but I could try the gift shop, I went over to the gift shop and told the attendant what had happened, I had to buy a new charger??

Rooms were not ready upon arrival but when it came to late check out they were stingy. We were forced to upgrade for $600 to accommodate our food issues (disability and allergy) because they would not give us a second mini fridge nor would they store our food even for a fee. Everything costs $$$$ and no options. Water is $10. Highway robbery. You’re trapped and desperate. All of Atlantis is run down and cheesey. Felt like Vegas. Contrived. So many slides were broken or non operational (apparently since covid… ie rock climbing wall). Barely had activities appropriate for the kids… certainly not at night. They were bored and annoyed. The ONLY jacuzzi is in middle of the water park (in a slide area) packed with small children. Paid a ton of money and it did not feel like a luxury vacation.

Loud noise. They pressure wash outside at night - we paid for a balcony with an ocean view just to listen to a loud motor running instead of the ocean waves. . Our complaints fell on deaf ears. The front desk told us that the pressure washing could last as long as 10 or 11 pm - Not acceptable.

First visit to bahamas. We used majestic tours to get to and from airport. Wonderful drivers. The staff at the reef were very attentive to our needs. Felt very safe and clean environment. It was absolutely beautiful. The shuttle was fantastic to go back and forth between the hotels. The whole trip was amazing. Thank you
