First rate resort... all details very well looked after. Great pools, beach, restaurant choices, casino, entertainment. The marine/sea aquarium is incredible as it traverses much of the property. Sea life is well looked after and responsibly managed with care. Value for money is a little bit of a stretch, especially the high end restaurants (went to 3 of them out of the 4 nights we were there...enjoyed them thoroughly but suggest they keep an eye on fair pricing). Highly recommend Atlantis (we stayed in Royal Towers). Can't wait to go back.

The overall property was beautiful. The scenery was amazing. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Drinks on arrival would be and added bonus a long with fireworks som nights. The rooms could use a clock and tea options not just coffee.

This was the best vacation my family has ever had. It was hard to leave the resort because everything we needed was on property. We will absolutely be back as this was a week to remember

Bad attitude/bad mood/bad manners from the property staff was the main reason for my rating. The property overall is outdated, looks better in pictures. However, views, the natural beauty of the place and the outside areas are very good.

We loved the Royal and everything included service room, comfy bed, etc. the only thing we had trouble with was our phone in the room and no one came to fix it and our door needed new weather stripping as when anyone closed their door in the hall the vacuum effect vibrated our door which sounded like someone was knocking on ours. The marine life was awesome especially the endangered saw tooth sharks!!! The food was amazing a bit expensive but we knew that coming in. Many people advised us they since you added 15% automatically the service was not good we found that absolutely not true every e worked hard for the extra 5%. Would definitely return.
