Clean room, friendly staff Would stay here again

We absolutely loved this place. So much space for all the family. We stayed in a Deluxe 2 Bedrooms Apartment with 2 bathrooms (could sleep up to adults). The place was very clean. It had a well appointed kitchen, with just about any utensil you would need to cook for your family, kitchen also had a full sized fridge and dishwasher. A small partial view of the lake from the front bedroom and balcony. BBQ facilities available for guests to use. Laundry facilities - free washing machines to use. Need to pay for laundry powder and dryers. Indoor pool and games room was free to use for guests. Very close to main restaurants. The only negatives (which really wasn't) was dragging our heavy suitcases up the one flight of stairs and down again in the rain on departure. Also all the ouside security lights stayed on overnight which we understand was for guests safety, and limited parking space, on one of the days we parked across the road. Plenty of umbrellas to use while it was very rainy. We are looking forward to staying again. Thank you

Overall experience was a calming, relaxing experience in beautiful surroundings being cared for by kind, considerate owners and staff.

We stayed overnight but we would love to come back some time and try the trout fishing. The lodge is on the river and as I walked past I could see large trout swimming. The gardens are stunning. Our chalet was very quiet, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed an excellent dinner and breakfast here. The service was excellent. I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing, staff were super helpful, great customer service. 10/10 cleanliness, our room was above and beyond accessible, accommodation was excellent. I definitely recommend, super relaxing and comfortable. Thank you Suncourt Hotel 🤗
