Pool was fantastic. Non smoking rooms but had to keep windows and doors shut so stuffy as neighbours smoking constantly on balcony and nothing done by staff. Tidy rooms. Check in made harder due to strange policies and unexpected costs / additional charges and staff quite rude about this. Would stay again if better staff

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the bathroom still had used towels left behind from previous guests, which was very upsetting and unhygienic. On top of that, we found several cockroaches in the room. The bed sheets had visible stains, and the couch and other furniture were clearly dirty, as if the room had not been properly cleaned at all.

Room was simple but clean, staff were very attentive, location is nice and central. Quiet area - even when we stayed over New Year's Eve. Pool isn't huge, but was still a hit with the kids.

Nice place with an outdoor pool. Supermarkets and downtown area are 10-15 min walking distance. Intercity bus stop is a bit far to walk, but there’s a good sized lot to park a car if you have one.
