The room slept comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good. The floor we were on looked like they had not been vacuumed in ages. The staff was friendly.

They need major room upgrades. The lobby was the only nice thing about the hotel know wash clothes tv didn’t work none of the phones in the room work they to shut down a while and do some renovations.

Close to i10 so travel was easy staff was friendly. My only but major issue was not one ice machine available for use. Ice machines are a must for travelers.

The hotel itself felt and looked very dirty when we walked in. The elevator had cracked floor tiles and smelled bad. When we got to our room, it was not cleaned. The bed sheets were off the bed and the room was thrashed. I turned around, walked back to the receptionist and canceled our reservation. We ended up staying at another hotel.

Property looked rundown. Breakfast selection wasn't great. But on a great note...The staff was very friendly. Maintenance took care of my broken refrigerator very quickly. If I could give the staff higher than 5 stars, I would!!!

Not a good hotel!!

Do not stay at this hotel! First night there, no hot water, due to this I missed an early appointment because of only cold water and the weather was a bit cold outside. Second of all when I was able to shower, room 621 had no water pressure what so ever. The room smelled, and the bath tube had lots of patch work on it as there were so many white out cover ups, it was ridiculous. The breakfast bar had no eggs, guess it was too expensive for them to provide eggs. Last of all no one is on the same page, you get a different answer from anyone you speak to. Due to cold water the hotel only wants to give it's guest half off there stay. Not a place you want to stay.

The stay was good. First night the hot water went out but was working by the next day. They did give 50% back for that day, which is appreciated. Front staff was nice and helpful.

Run down and broke down

Everything was broken and dirty. Laundry facility broken. No ice machine siad they were broken. Stairwells dirty and trashed piled up on bottom floors. Front desk attendants were very friendly and helpful.
