Room was gorgeous and so clean! Hotel is immaculately designed and love all of the attention to details. The Elysian bar had great drinks when we went down for a nightcap and a great breakfast the next morning as well. Highly recommend!

The staff were very polite and courteous. The grounds were spotless and well-maintained. The building was very clean. Each room in the hotel was very unique, well kept and beautiful. Our room itself was stunning. We will definitely visit this site again and would highly recommend it for others.

Amazing Hotel! Highly recommend! This hotel is quiet and peaceful, about 15 minutes from noisy French Quarter. Very tastefully decorated with a luxury feel. I would definitely stay again!

Staffs at the front desk were not friendly. They stood me up for a few minutes when I tried to check in because they needed to do their admin work. The room was very dark. The light fixtures were out of balance and it was even hard to use the coffee machine in the morning due to the lack of lighting. There were two tea bags but there was no electric water kettle so I wasn’t sure what the point was to provide tea bags. The lack of the outlets made me plug and unplug table lamp cables to charge my laptop. The deco was charming but the room itself has very minimum setting. I would not pay so much money to stay here in the peak season. The location was quite far from the center of french quarter and the neighborhood around the hotel doesn’t have much to do. They provide sad looking local gym to use around the hotel. Basically there is no amenity to use in the hotel.

The mattress needs to be replaced. Did not get any sleep. Bathroom is gorgeous. Room needs more seating. Staff was great, but we were told our luggage would be in the room, and it was not. Bar and bartenders were great. Overall beautiful property.

The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and with great style. The hotel was calm, and just the right size, quite a few rooms, but spread over a few floors, and three historic buildings. The hotel was just changing their computer system, and seemed to be the cause of any confusion.
