We had such a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the amenities were great. But what really stood out was the staff, they went above and beyond every day! Everyone was so friendly, always greeting us with a smile and checking if we needed anything. Special shoutout to Thaddeus, he was always in a great mood and made us feel so welcome. The location is perfect too, close to everything but far enough from the noise to relax. It’s also very pet-friendly, with plenty of room for pets to walk around. We’ll definitely stay here again!

We checked inn and wasnt room we reserved then had to move rooms to a filthy room then got charged for tv that had shattered screen . We didn’t notice till we turned tv on next day . We also bought the extra continental breakfast but could on choose egg bacon or sausage toast coffee and juice nothing else . else . It was advertised as a buffet. The manager was rude and didn’t even have bell service when we left couldn’t even get a coffee that they advertise free coffee and tea and water all day and evening complementary cause it was too early when our flight was leaving. Basically the biggest screw job I’ve ever gotten and I’ve been a Hyatt member forever

Staff were fabulous Room - little to no natural light. No windows expected for double glass door that leads to a share area. Room is dressed in heavy brown furniture and red velvet couch. Not enough powered light to brighten up the room

Don’t count on getting the room you booked. I booked over two months in advance for a room overlooking bourbon street for a specific reason. There were zero cares given. The manager kept saying sorry they over booked 2 days previous and didn’t mean to, so we got stuck in an inside room with a view of nothing. I feel that because this was booked through Expedia that was why our reservation was bumped. I will stick to Hilton membership and hotels. That never happens with them.

The staff were very helpful and nice. The only issue was the elevator. I would go back and visit again.

If you decide to pay for breakfast through Orbit make sure that it’s the entire breakfast. I paid 15 bucks per person for Saturday Sunday & Monday Breakfast. All I could receive was a drink or a donut. Here it is the advertisement said 15 bucks per day for breakfast not a drink or a donut. Once I explained this to the hotel lady she said I was supposed to pay 30 a day for the whole breakfast, but on Orbit they only offered the 15 dollar per day breakfast which was very misleading.

The staff were amazing, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, spacious and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
